When will an item be back in stock?

We will try to restock our out-of-stock items as quickly and often as possible. However, our clothing is manufactured specifically for Hip Bambino and depending on demand may not be restocked.

When will my backorder ship?

Although we try to maintain inventory of all products in the warehouse, occasionally an item will be backordered. Normally, the product will become available in a week. You will receive an email notification as soon as the product ships. As a reminder, your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped. If you use a third-party payment or billing provider, you may be charged before your order ships pursuant to their terms and conditions.

Can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address after your order has been submitted. The order is immediately sent to be fulfilled and can no longer be changed by our system.

Do you offer Wholesale?

We are sorry, but we do not offer wholesale.

What delivery options are available?

We currently offer Standard shipping. You will receive an email to notify you when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on which delivery option is chosen at checkout and your location. Deliveries may take up to 10 working days. Please allow 2-3 days from the date of purchase for your order to be processed and dispatched. All orders are processed for delivery Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays).

Where is my order?

If you have not received your order within the estimated time frame please contact us here, including your name and order number.

You will receive an email to confirm once your order has been dispatched. This will also contain a tracking number so that you can track the status of your order on the delivery partner’s website. Once dispatched, please allow additional time for delivery, which is dependent on current demand.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay.

Why isn't my card being accepted?

There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit. A credit card computer, either on our end or your bank's end, may have encountered a machine error or your billing information may not have been accepted. If you are experiencing issues with submitting an order, please contact our Customer Support Team.

When will I be charged if I use a third-party payment or billing provider option?

Please contact your third-party payment or billing provider as your use of such services will be subject to their terms and conditions. We do not charge for use of these services.

What address should I enter in the billing information screen?

For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

An item is missing from my order, what do I do?

We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please allow 48 hours for remaining items to arrive. If the remaining items are still missing 48 hours after receiving your first package, please contact our Customer Services team using the Contact Form and we will resolve any issue as quickly as possible.

Can I place an order over the phone?

We can only accept orders placed through the website. if you’re having trouble accessing the site for any reason, please reach out to us at the email listed and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I get a different size or color than what is offered through the store?

No. If a size, color, or other variant doesn’t appear online, it is not currently available.

What is the sales tax on my order?

Sales tax is applied to all domestic orders. The tax is calculated based on applicable sales tax and use tax laws within each state.

Out of stock products

Stock levels may fluctuate depending on demand and any potential shipping delays from our suppliers, which are outside of our control. We are unable to provide a specific date when items will be available again and recommend that you continue to check our website on a regular basis. In the meantime, if you click on the item on the website, you can set up an in-stock notification. This will ensure that you are sent an email notification once the product comes back in stock.

How do I return a product?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, you have 30 days from receipt of goods to return it for a full refund. Please follow these steps outlined in our Shipping and Returns Policy.

Do I have to pay to return a product to you?

Yes, return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If your order arrived faulty, please contact our Customer Services team before sending it back.

Do you sell gift cards?

We do sell gift cards, however they are electronic gift cards.

Sales and Discount Codes

Discounts will not be honored for previous or future purchases. Discount codes are only valid on orders over $50 and can only be used once. They are only valid while supplies last. No Exceptions will be made to this policy.

Products can be returned for a store credit up to 30 days from the delivery date. Products must be unworn and in their original packaging. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
